Improving your cardiovascular fitness increases your supply of oxygen (and energy), and can lead to prolonged endurance and an increase in optimum performance. Conditioning of the cardiovascular system can also reduce the risk of heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, and other life-threatening diseases.

To provide you with the facilities to train every body part to its peak, we have incorporated a dedicated & comprehensive leg training area. We think you will find it IMPRESSIVE!

Spinning is a great cardiovascular exercise as well as an excellent method for toning all the major muscle groups of the leg.
It is performed in a group and takes place on static bikes with adjustable resistance and is an ideal form of exercise regardless of your current level of fitness.
We run classes led by SPINNING (the world leader in indoor cycling) qualified instructors every Tuesday and Thursday at 7.30pm, and Saturday at 12.30pm.
Classes last approximately 40 minutes and to book a session call us or drop in and ask for details at reception.
Ab Attack
As the name suggests an assault on everyones troubled area, the stomach!
30 minutes of core strength, crunches and situps to reduce the waistline and tone your tum.
Classes take place every Wednesday at 6.30pm.
Bag Room
Come and try out our brand new bag room, fully fitted with heavy bags, maize bag and floor to ceiling ball.
Our new bag room also includes a skipping area and mirrored walls.
Outdoor Punch Bags
We also have a summer season decked outdoor punch bag and skipping area.
Training
Boxing trainers are available on request for specialist boxing training.
